Intelek Talent Solutions Sdn Bhd - 499494-M (Formely known as Agensi Pekerjaan Intelek Sdn Bhd.) or more popularly known as Intelek is a company incorporated in Malaysia dealing in Recruitment, Human Resource Consulting, Training, Payroll Outsourcing and other Human Resource Solution.


2. What types of recruitment does Intelek do?
Intelek is well versed in permanent, temporary, free-lance and contactual types of recruitment.


3. As a candidate how do I register with Intelek?
All you have to do is to go into our candidate login panel, use your e-mail as your user id and create a 8 digit password. Upon submission you will be notified of your login information via your e-mail and from there you will have the access to our in-house resume format. After completing your particulars you are already a member of the Intelek community. Its that simple.


4. Do I need to make any payment to register myself as a candidate?
All Intelek services to candidates are absolutely FREE. Once you have registered you will have full acess to your resume in our resume database for future editing.


5. I have my own resume format, can I send that to Intelek?
After extensive research and observation, the Intelek team have come out with the resume format that will extract detail information to assist candidates in securing a job, therefore we do not accept personal resume format from candidates.


6. How often should I edit my resume online?
As a standard practice, candidates should update their resume once there is a change in contact information, employment experience or education information, or they should update their resume every six (6) months once.


7. I have registered with Intelek some time ago, and I want to edit my resume but I cannot remember my password, what should I do?
All you need to do is use the "forgot password" link in the login page and your password will be sent to your e-mail instantly for you to login.


8. What happens after the registration?
After the registration, we will send you acknowledgement e-mail about your registration. After that you will have to attend an interview at any of our office. As soon as you do that our Respective Recruitment Consultants will begin the process of matching you with the current positions available.


9. Do I have to attend an interview after registration?
Yes. We strongly recommend you to attend an interview at our office as only interviewed and assessed candidates will be sent to employers for oppurtunities.


10. Will I definitely get a job if I register with Intelek?
Selection of candidates will be made based on the criteria set by our employers and result of the interview. If candidates match these two criteria they will be selected.


11. What happens if I am not selected for a particular job?
In cases were you are unsuccessful for a particular job, our consultants will match your resume with other positions available
