Position Title: Retail Advisor(Online Store)
Headcount: 10
Salary: Basic RM 1800 + RM 100 Mobile Allowances + RM 120 Shift Allowance + RM 200 Hardship Allowance + Incentives based on sales
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (10.00 am – 7.00 pm)
Work Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Contract Duration: 3 Months Contract

Job Description:
- Conduct callbacks on a certain product as per required.
- Upsell/cross-sell products during callbacks.
- To be a Maxis’ service ambassador during callbacks
- Participate in campaigns as requested.
Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma / Degree.
- Preferably with a minimum of 6 months of related working experience.
- Excellent command of English & Bahasa Melayu.
- Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and presentable.
- Fresh graduates who are keen to be in the sales and customer service line, are encouraged to apply.
